Description

Manage end-to-end Salesforce implementations and system optimizations as a techno-functional expert.

Responsibilities

• Translate business stakeholder requirements into technical solutions and conduct gap analysis for system improvements.
• Lead Salesforce implementation projects, ensuring deliverables and timelines are met.
• Configure objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.
• Develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
• Manage data integrity, migration, validation, and cleansing activities.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Techno-Functional Consultant.
• 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• 3+ years of experience working in the UAE or Indian Real Estate market.
• Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and JavaScript.
• Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Nintex Packages, DocuSign, Zapier, and Payment Gateways.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certified Administrator.
• Salesforce Certified App Builder.
• Salesforce Certified Sales or Service Cloud Consultant.
