Description

You will act as a Salesforce Consultant, owning requirements gathering through to final delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end processes from requirements gathering to delivery.
• Analyze needs and draft documentation, including textual and graphical specifications (workflows).
• Interact directly with internal teams and end clients.
• Achieve objectives independently while maintaining clear communication.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the Salesforce domain.
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and its modules (Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud B2B-B2C, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, Platform, CRM Analytics Tableau, Revenue Cloud, Digital Engagement, Industries, Heroku, Slack, etc.).
• Strong analytical capabilities and documentation writing skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English communication.
• Familiarity with Field Service, Platform, CRM Analytics Tableau, Revenue Cloud, Digital Engagement, Industries, Heroku, and Slack.
• Ability to work autonomously toward defined goals.
