Description

You will own end-to-end Salesforce delivery, from requirements gathering to final implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from initial analysis through to deployment.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and graphical workflows.
• Collaborate directly with internal teams and external clients to align on objectives.
• Maintain clear, documented communication throughout the delivery process.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Proficiency in core modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with Commerce Cloud (B2B/B2C), Field Service, and Platform.
• Knowledge of CRM Analytics (Tableau), Revenue Cloud, and Digital Engagement.
• Familiarity with Industries, Heroku, and Slack integrations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to write clear textual and graphical documentation.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to work autonomously and meet defined goals without constant supervision.
