Description

You will lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations, managing the lifecycle from requirement gathering through to final deployment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define business processes and write user stories to capture technical requirements.
• Design, build, and implement complex flows and automations within the Salesforce platform.
• Manage data migrations and design integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to align on project roadmaps.
• Execute solution design, testing, quality assurance, troubleshooting, and user training.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in consulting or 5+ years of Salesforce.com experience.
• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Proficiency in designing complex flows and automation logic.
• Experience with data migration and third-party application integrations.
• Strong analytical skills for identifying trends and process improvement opportunities.
• Ability to document requirements and develop project roadmaps.
• Proven ability to work independently and within team environments.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, including B2C Commerce.
