Lead technical decisions and drive team performance as the Subject Matter Expert for Salesforce CPQ.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead team decisions and collaborate across groups to resolve complex software issues.
• Design and deliver solutions for immediate and cross-team technical challenges.
• Mentor junior members to improve coding standards and overall skill sets.
• Evaluate and refine development processes to enhance efficiency and quality.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ.
• Deep proficiency in application development methodologies.
• Strong command of coding standards and best practices.
• Experience with testing frameworks and tools.
• Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues.
• Proven track record of mentoring and leading team contributions.
