Description

You will act as a subject matter expert to bridge the gap between client business needs and technical implementation.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client domains to identify pain points and propose technical solutions.
• Translate business requirements into functional technical specifications.
• Deliver high-level designs for target solutions and perform CRM administration.
• Collaborate with development teams on custom requirements involving Apex, frontend capabilities, and web services.
• Oversee project delivery in coordination with project managers to ensure on-time completion.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM.
• Proficiency in UML and SCRUM methodology.
• Excellent English fluency for direct customer communication and presentations.
• Ability to work proactively within a project execution team.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Development experience in Apex, frontend technologies, and Git.
• Knowledge of Czech, German, or French.
