Description

You will implement and manage Salesforce solutions to meet specific departmental requirements and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with various departments to gather, analyze, and represent business requirements within the Salesforce platform.
• Execute end-to-end implementation cycles across Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds.
• Contribute to the full project lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
• Manage project scope and expectations for both team members and clients.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of Salesforce implementation experience, including at least 3 end-to-end cycles on Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds.
• Salesforce Platform Developer 1 (PD1) certification.
• Salesforce Sales or Service Cloud Consultant certification.
• Proficiency in Apex and Visualforce.
• Experience with the Lightning Framework.
• Strong background in object-oriented concepts, including abstraction and inheritance.
• Hands-on experience developing and consuming REST and SOAP services.

Preferred Skills

• Analytical and problem-solving skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
