Description

You will implement and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions, focusing on Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Incentive Compensation Management (ICM). You will design scalable solutions for sales operations and compensation processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom Salesforce Sales Cloud features using LWC.
• Implement and configure Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) modules.
• Write efficient Apex code, SOQL queries, and automation via Flows and Triggers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust sales operations tools.
• Resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce configuration and customization.

Required Skills

• 8 to 12 years of Salesforce development and consulting experience.
• Deep expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Proven experience with Incentive Compensation Management (ICM).
• Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Flows, and Triggers.
• Extensive background in Salesforce configuration and customization.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to SPIFF processes.
