Description

You will implement and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions, focusing on Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Incentive Compensation Management (ICM).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom Salesforce Sales Cloud features using LWC.
• Implement and configure Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) modules.
• Write efficient Apex code, SOQL queries, and automation via Flows and Triggers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable sales operations tools.
• Resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce configuration and customization.

Required Skills

• 8 to 12 years of Salesforce development and consulting experience.
• Deep expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Proven experience with Incentive Compensation Management (ICM).
• Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Flows, and Triggers.
• Extensive background in Salesforce configuration and customization.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to SPIFF processes.
