You will lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects for mid-to-large scale environments, managing teams and client stakeholders from inception to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale Salesforce implementation projects.
• Lead and direct teams of 20-30 technical staff and client stakeholders.
• Coordinate project delivery and ensure alignment with client requirements.
• Oversee technical execution and project milestones.

Required Skills

• Over 12 years of professional experience.
• Minimum 8 years as a Salesforce Consultant.
• Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Proven experience managing large-scale implementation projects.
• Experience managing teams of 20-30 people.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Manufacturing Cloud.
