Description

Optimize and clean up a long-standing Sales Cloud environment to align with a newly implemented Service Cloud instance.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Resolve technical and configuration debt within the existing Sales Cloud environment.
• Optimize sales processes to support scaling from $100 million to $500 million in revenue.
• Configure future state processes to ensure environment scalability.
• Audit existing configurations to match the cleanliness of the current Service Cloud setup.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce environments.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Configuration.
• Proven experience with Service Cloud.
• Demonstrated ability in Process Optimization.
• Experience working within both small, agile IT organizations and larger, siloed organizations.
• Ability to manage technical debt resolution in complex, multi-iteration environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
