Description

Lead DevOps architecture and release management strategies using Copado within a Salesforce environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement DevOps architectures and CI/CD automation using Copado.
• Execute deployments of metadata, record data, and manual configurations across Salesforce environments.
• Design release solutions and manage environmental security models and management best practices.
• Create and manage multiple development environments to establish seamless deployment processes.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of Salesforce experience.
• Proven experience in Copado implementation.
• Successful implementation of 3-4 CI/CD automation workflows through Copado.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce product release schedules including Winter, Spring, and Summer.
• Expertise in managing org structures, CRED, and deployment timelines.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps, metadata, and record data management.
• Ability to work within the EST time zone.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with environmental security models.

Education: Any Graduate degree.
