Description

You will manage and streamline release management and CI/CD processes across Salesforce environments using Copado.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end Salesforce release management process, including sandbox refreshes, production deployments, and emergency hotfixes.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and delivery within Salesforce environments.
• Administer Copado pipelines, user stories, deployment packages, and version control strategies.
• Configure and manage Git-based version control, including branching, merging, and conflict resolution.
• Automate deployment and release processes to reduce manual intervention and optimize workflows.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce DevOps, release engineering, or platform engineering.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Copado for Salesforce release management.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform components including Apex, triggers, flows, and custom objects.
• Hands-on experience implementing CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments.
• Experience with Git-based version control systems and branching strategies.
• Experience with DevOps tools such as GitLab, Bitbucket, or similar CI/CD platforms.
• Experience managing Salesforce sandbox environments, test data management, and data masking.
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles, release management, and automation frameworks.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.

Preferred Skills

• Copado Certification.
• Experience with large-scale enterprise Salesforce implementations and complex integrations.
