Description

You will manage and optimize the Salesforce development lifecycle using Copado and automated deployment strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Copado CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce development.
• Manage multiple Salesforce environments including development, testing, UAT, staging, and production to ensure consistent metadata deployments.
• Configure quality gates, including code reviews, test execution, and security scans within the pipeline.
• Lead Salesforce backup and restore strategies, including scheduling backups and maintaining restoration runbooks.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and observability tools to detect deployment issues and system performance bottlenecks.
• Configure security tools and permission sets to enforce zero-trust and least-privilege access controls.
• Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis on critical or repeatable issues.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of DevSecOps experience with cloud architectures, CI/CD pipelines, and release management.
• Expert-level proficiency with Copado.
• 5+ years managing multiple Salesforce environments and metadata deployments.
• Hands-on experience with Copado Data Deploy and Salesforce Data Loader.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and APIs.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.
• Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• Proven ability to participate in on-call rotations for high-priority incidents.
