Description

You will manage the end-to-end release lifecycle for Salesforce environments using Copado.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end release management process, including planning and executing release cycles, production deployments, and emergency hotfixes.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and delivery of Salesforce changes.
• Administer Copado by setting up user permissions, creating pipelines, and optimizing branching strategies and user story pipelines.
• Manage Salesforce environments including sandbox setup, refresh scheduling, and data migration across development, UAT, staging, and production.
• Enforce change control processes and maintain detailed deployment records, audit trails, and release notes for governance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in release management or DevOps roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Copado for release management, version control, and CI/CD automation.
• Expertise in managing Salesforce metadata and Git-based version control.
• Proficiency with Git, GitLab, and Bitbucket for managing branching, merging, and conflict resolution.
• Solid understanding of the Salesforce Platform, including Apex code, flows, triggers, and custom objects.
• Experience managing Salesforce sandbox refreshes and seeding test data.
• Ability to implement data masking or anonymization processes for testing environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with UAT environments and cross-functional coordination with QA and development teams.
