Description

You will own the administration and support of the Salesforce CPQ platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for CPQ support, resolving user issues promptly.
• Troubleshoot and fix issues related to pricing, product configuration, product rules, and workflows.
• Maintain and enhance CPQ configurations, including product bundles, pricing rules, approvals, and quote templates.
• Perform data management and bulk updates using Data Loader to ensure data accuracy.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the CPQ environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Salesforce CPQ and Salesforce Administration.
• Hands-on experience with CPQ configurations, pricing rules, and product setups.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for CPQ-related issues and workflows.
• Experience with data management tools like Data Loader.
• Understanding of pricing models and quote-to-cash processes.
• Experience working in Agile environments and release cycles.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, CPQ, Salesforce Administration, Data Analysis, and Agile.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting complex CPQ environments with custom logic and integrations.
• Knowledge of system testing, documentation, and release management processes.
