Description

Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce CPQ solutions for complex quote-to-cash processes. Own the technical architecture, integration with external systems, and code quality for scalable billing and quoting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement Salesforce CPQ solutions that drive business value and support complex quote-to-cash workflows.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, efficient technical designs in collaboration with internal teams and clients.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and high-quality code standards.
• Ensure seamless integration of Salesforce CPQ with other Salesforce clouds and external enterprise systems.
• Proactively identify technical challenges and develop robust solutions to address architectural gaps or performance issues.

Required Skills

• Extensive experience as a Salesforce CPQ Architect with a proven history of delivering complex CPQ implementations.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce CPQ (formerly SteelBrick) and its integration capabilities with other Salesforce clouds.
• Strong proficiency in integrating Salesforce CPQ with external systems and platforms.
• Ability to mentor and guide developers and senior developers through technical guidance and code reviews.
• Excellent client communication skills with the ability to provide clear guidance and updates throughout the project lifecycle.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to overcoming technical and business challenges.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Salesforce CPQ architecture.

Preferred Skills

• Active Salesforce CPQ Certification.
• Experience leading quote-to-cash transformation programs.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and associated tools.
