Description

You will manage end-to-end Salesforce Billing implementations and support complex quote-to-cash processes.

Responsibilities

• Implement Salesforce CPQ Billing features including contract renewals, amendments, subscriptions, and billing rules.
• Configure billing schedulers, tax rules, invoice schedulers, and payment functionality.
• Manage invoicing plans for various subscription terms such as annual, monthly, and multi-year cycles.
• Integrate the billing module with downstream ERP applications and product usage data.
• Support month-end closing processes for billing and accounts receivable, including AR sub-ledger reconciliation.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience implementing Salesforce solutions.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Billing or similar billing platforms.
• Proven experience completing at least one end-to-end Salesforce Billing implementation or support project.
• Expertise in billing treatments, adjustments, and consolidating invoice generation.
• Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash business processes.
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, and Flows.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Visualforce Pages.
• Bachelor's degree.

• Salesforce CPQ certification.
• Advanced Billing super badges.
