Description

You will serve as the subject matter expert for Salesforce CPQ and Quote-to-Cash processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate opportunity-to-invoice processes, including Quote-to-Cash, Service Contracts, and Entitlement Management within Salesforce and NetSuite.
• Prepare detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, workflow diagrams, use cases, and data mapping documents from business requirements.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure the quality and timely delivery of new features and enhancements.
• Ensure solutions comply with SOX, business controls, and data governance practices.
• Support Agile ceremonies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and sprint demos.

Required Skills

• 20+ years of experience in a Salesforce CPQ Business Analyst or Product Manager role in Salesforce implementations and support.
• Deep, hands-on experience with Quote-to-Cash, Opportunity-to-Invoice, Service Contracts, and Entitlement processes in Salesforce and NetSuite.
• Mandatory prior experience with Salesforce CPQ Cloud.
• Expertise in CPQ pricing structures, discounting methodologies, and contract renewal management.
• Proven capability to write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
• Experience with end-to-end product configuration and pricing setup (bundled/nested products, product rules, guided selling).
• Strong understanding of Advanced Approval configuration (Quote/Quote Line level approvals, Smart Approvals).
• Previous experience operating within Agile methodology environments.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent working experience.
