You will drive the strategic direction and execution of the Salesforce platform to meet business objectives.
Responsibilities
Facilitate opportunity-to-invoice processes including Quote-to-Cash, Service Contracts, and Entitlement Management within Salesforce and NetSuite.
Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, workflow diagrams, use cases, and data mapping documents.
Lead backlog grooming efforts to maintain a clear, prioritized backlog and support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality delivery of features while ensuring compliance with SOX, data governance, and IT general controls.
Prepare and deliver training documentation and sessions to stakeholders to ensure smooth solution adoption.
Required Skills
7+ years of experience as a Salesforce CPQ Business Analyst or Product Manager.
Mandatory Salesforce CPQ Cloud experience and active Salesforce CPQ Certification.
Deep functional knowledge of Salesforce.com and Salesforce CPQ.
Hands-on experience with Quote-to-Cash, Service Contracts, and Entitlement processes.
Expertise in CPQ pricing structures, discounting methodologies, and contract renewal management.
Experience with product configuration including standalone, bundled, and nested bundle products.
Proficiency in configuring product rules, attributes, guided selling, and pricing rules.
Understanding of Advanced Approvals configuration, including Quote/Quote Line level and Smart Approvals.
Experience working with NetSuite integrations.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
