Description

You serve as the functional link between business requirements and technical Salesforce CPQ configurations.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements for pricing, product configurations, and quoting workflows.
• Design and configure Salesforce CPQ solutions, including price rules, discount schedules, product bundling, and approval workflows.
• Evaluate existing processes to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains.
• Collaborate with integration teams to connect CPQ with CRM, ERP, and billing systems.
• Develop test plans and execute quality assurance activities to validate configurations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a business analyst, consultant, or administrator focusing on Salesforce CPQ.
• In-depth knowledge of product configuration, pricing, quoting, and contract management.
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into functional specifications.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ configuration and customization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Connect, MuleSoft, and API Integrations.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist or Salesforce Certified Administrator.
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management.
• Familiarity with manufacturing, technology, or telecommunications industries.
