Description

Own the architecture, configuration, and delivery of Salesforce CPQ solutions, translating complex pricing strategies into functional technical requirements.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex pricing strategies and product bundles into functional technical requirements within Salesforce CPQ or equivalent platforms.
• Build, test, and maintain the product catalog, ensuring accurate mapping of SKUs, attributes, and pricing rules across GTM systems.
• Drive the systems roadmap for upcoming launches, managing stakeholder dependencies to ensure Day 1 readiness.
• Lead end-to-end testing for new offers, including scenario testing for discounting logic, contract amendments, and downstream billing integration.
• Create clear system diagrams, process maps, and Sales Enablement guides to explain how new offers function within the tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst, Sales Ops Analyst, or Product Manager within a SaaS environment.
• Deep hands-on experience with CPQ platforms (Salesforce CPQ, Ironclad, or Conga) and CRM (Salesforce).
• Proven track record managing complex pricing models (subscriptions, usage-based, tiered) and discounting frameworks.
• Expert-level ability to troubleshoot SKU configuration errors and data flow issues between systems.
• Ability to map price rules in a sandbox and present project plans to leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Jira/Confluence for project tracking.
• Familiarity with downstream Billing/ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Zuora).
• Certification in Salesforce CPQ or Project Management (PMP/Agile).
