Own the design, development, and delivery of custom Salesforce applications and UI solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and REST APIs.
• Design and build responsive, high-performance UI/UX solutions with a focus on usability.
• Customize Salesforce functionality using Lightning App Builder, Flows, and declarative tools.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, code quality, and adherence to best practices through rigorous code reviews.
• Troubleshoot production issues and integrate third-party services via REST/SOAP APIs.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development with strong hands-on expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Proficiency in Apex, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and security models.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Proven ability to build custom UI/UX solutions beyond standard Salesforce capabilities.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce CPQ.
• Background in UI/UX design principles.
