Description

You will own Salesforce CPQ configurations and serve as the subject matter expert for the team.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Perform independent CPQ configuration and act as the primary SME.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Document application configurations, processes, and system logic.
• Provide user training and support to enhance application utilization.
• Troubleshoot application issues and manage API integrations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce CPQ.
• Proficiency in Salesforce platform functionalities and configuration.
• Strong understanding of application configuration and management.
• Experience with APIs and low-code platforms.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and design technical solutions.
• Experience leading user training and driving adoption.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience participating in team discussions to solve complex work-related problems.
