Description

You will lead the technical direction for Salesforce CPQ solutions, acting as the subject matter expert for complex pricing and quoting processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage team decisions and provide technical solutions for immediate and cross-functional teams.
• Lead team meetings to review progress and resolve technical blockers.
• Develop strategies to improve team delivery quality and efficiency.
• Mentor junior developers on technical skills and advise on SDLC initiatives.

Required Skills

• 8–9 years of experience with Salesforce CPQ, including expert-level configuration and customization.
• 6–7 years of experience with Salesforce Cloud (Sales/Service).
• Proven experience leading end-to-end CPQ implementations.
• Expertise in configuring complex pricing and quoting processes.
• Strong leadership and advisory capabilities.
• Collaborative mindset capable of engaging across multiple teams.
• Proactive problem-solving focus on scalable delivery.

Preferred Skills

• 5–6 years of experience with Salesforce APEX.
• Experience integrating CPQ with Sales Cloud environments.
