Description

You will design, configure, and support CPQ-focused SaaS solutions within the Salesforce Communications Cloud, owning the end-to-end quoting process.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Implement Salesforce and Vlocity CPQ products for Communications Cloud.
• Configure complex pricing models, including attribute-based, bundle, and pricing rules.
• Manage the quoting process covering CLM, Multisite, and Asset-based ordering.
• Execute MACD scenarios, managing eligibility, hierarchy types, and cardinality.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience designing and supporting CPQ-focused SaaS solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Communications Cloud using CPQ.
• Current Salesforce certification and Vlocity CPQ or Salesforce CPQ certification.
• Expertise in price configuration, pricing helper, discounts, and promotions.
• Proficiency in LWC, Vlocity Cart, OS, VIP, Data Raptors, and ESM.
• Experience with Asset-based ordering and MACD scenarios.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
