Description

Define and govern end-to-end solution architecture for CRM, PRM, and CPQ platforms, ensuring seamless integration with core business systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration design between commercial platforms (Salesforce, Tacton) and SAP ERP/legacy QTC systems.
• Partner with business stakeholders to align technology solutions with process improvements and digital transformation goals.
• Architect data flows across commercial systems to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and real-time availability.
• Collaborate with data and analytics teams to design reporting structures and enable predictive insights.
• Maintain architectural documentation, roadmaps, and technical governance standards for commercial systems.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT solution architecture with a track record in Salesforce and commercial systems.
• Hands-on experience with CRM, PRM, and CPQ solutions, specifically Tacton CPQ or similar manufacturing-specific tools.
• Strong comprehension of SAP ECC from a data and architecture perspective.
• Deep understanding of enterprise integration patterns, including REST API and enterprise middleware.
• Experience designing or supporting data pipelines, models, or analytics solutions.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Active Salesforce certifications in Application Architect or Integration Architect.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with AI/ML capabilities in commercial platforms or integrating external AI services.
• Experience with legacy QTC system integrations.
