You will design and lead the implementation of Salesforce solutions, focusing heavily on CPQ, Sales, Service, and B2B2C Commerce.
Responsibilities
- Own the design decisions for new features across the entire Salesforce organization.
- Guide discussions with various stakeholders, leveraging deep subject matter expertise in the Salesforce platform.
- Propose optimal solutions to meet defined business requirements using available Salesforce tools.
- Delegate and guide onshore/offshore team members through roadblocks while staying current on Salesforce best practices.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 12 years in Salesforce consulting, including 4 years in an Architect role.
- Broad experience across Salesforce products: Sales, Service, CPQ, and Experience.
- Functional architect background with necessary technical knowledge (hands-on development experience is not required).
- Proven ability to communicate complex ideas to both business and technical audiences.
- Experience working within Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira.
- Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguous situations and challenging stakeholder interactions.
- Strong understanding of business needs and industry-specific priorities.
