Design and implement Salesforce solutions across CPQ, Sales, Service, and B2B2C Commerce.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions across CPQ, Sales, Service, and B2B2C Commerce.
• Own the entire Salesforce org design when defining new feature implementations.
• Guide discussions with stakeholders, leveraging deep subject matter expertise in the Salesforce platform.
• Propose optimal solutions to meet defined business requirements using available platform tools.
• Delegate and guide onshore/offshore teams through technical roadblocks while staying current on Salesforce best practices.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 12 years in Salesforce consulting, with at least 4 years in an Architect role.
• Broad experience across Salesforce products including Sales, Service, CPQ, and Experience.
• Functional architecture background with strong technical knowledge (not hands-on development required).
• Expertise in Salesforce CPQ, Sales, Service, Scrum, Kanban, and Jira.
• Minimum of 12 years of overall professional experience.
• Ability to communicate complex technical and business concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience managing complex or ambiguous situations with stakeholders.
• Understanding of application lifecycle management and DevOps practices.

Preferred Skills

• Post-secondary education in a business or technology-related field.
