Description

Design and lead Salesforce solution implementations, focusing on CPQ, Sales, Service, and B2B2C Commerce.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own design decisions for new features across the Salesforce organization.
• Propose optimal solutions to meet business requirements using Salesforce tools.
• Guide stakeholders through discussions, leveraging deep platform expertise.
• Delegate and guide onshore/offshore team members through roadblocks.

Required Skills

• Minimum 12 years in Salesforce consulting, including 4 years as an Architect.
• Broad experience with Sales, Service, CPQ, and Experience Cloud.
• Functional architect background with strong technical knowledge.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas to business and technical audiences.
• Strong understanding of business needs and industry-specific priorities.
• Proven ability to manage ambiguous situations and challenging stakeholder interactions.
