Description

Lead the architectural design and end-to-end delivery of Salesforce CPQ solutions and complex enterprise integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architectural design and delivery of Salesforce solutions with a focus on CPQ integration.
• Design complex data models to ensure data integrity and scalability across Salesforce-CPQ interactions.
• Provide expertise on integration strategies connecting CPQ with CRM, DocuSign, Billing, and Order Management.
• Architect solutions for the Lead to Quote process, including integrations with Telecom OSS/BSS products.
• Evaluate Salesforce capabilities against third-party solutions to ensure scalable and maintainable designs.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Salesforce.com (SFDC) systems implementation.
• 6+ years of experience creating technical architecture for complex Salesforce implementations and full lifecycle enterprise projects.
• 4+ years of experience with Salesforce CPQ or other CPQ solutions.
• Proven experience in at least two end-to-end Salesforce CPQ design and implementation projects.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ customization.
• Proficiency with Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, SOQL, Flows, Process Builders, and Approval Processes.
• Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs and JSON.
• Hands-on experience with Enterprise Architecture and complex data modeling.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certifications such as CPQ Specialist, Application Architect, or Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
• Experience with DevOps tools and practices for Salesforce development.
