Description

Lead the design, implementation, and administration of Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud solutions.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and system design documents.
• Manage the full project lifecycle from requirement elicitation through build, testing, and deployment.
• Provide technical advisory on out-of-the-box Salesforce CPQ features and strategic architectural insights.
• Support the CPQ implementation roadmap, including user adoption, training, and ongoing system administration.
• Coordinate release management activities and communicate system changes to cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Salesforce environments.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce CPQ (Revenue Cloud).
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architectural concepts, including API, governor limits, and Force.com.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, Workflow, and Process Builder.
• Experience with requirement elicitation using workshops, document analysis, and workflow analysis.
• Ability to manage UAT, change management, and business readiness activities.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships to define and meet business priorities.
