Description

Lead the implementation and configuration of Salesforce CPQ and Billing solutions to meet complex business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead business requirement gathering, documentation, and gap analysis to map applications to standard business processes.
• Configure and implement CPQ and Billing features including price catalogs, advanced approvals, order management, invoicing, and revenue schedules.
• Validate solution feasibility against Salesforce out-of-the-box functionality and industry best practices.
• Prepare test cases, validate deliverables before UAT, and manage issue resolution with clients and support teams.
• Provide functional inputs to technical teams and support pre-sales activities, including demos and estimates.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Salesforce with a focus on CPQ and Billing.
• Proven track record of at least 2 end-to-end Salesforce CPQ/Billing implementations.
• Deep knowledge of Configure, Price, Quote, and Billing processes.
• Expertise in setting up product/pricing rules, discount controls, conditional quotes, and advanced approvals.
• Experience with invoicing, contracts, and revenue reporting.
• Ability to translate customer business requirements into workable SaaS solutions.
• Strong documentation skills for implementation, issue resolution, and process improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, MCA, MSc, or Accounting.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Admin and Salesforce CPQ certifications.
• Experience in Salesforce Pre-Sales and product demonstrations.
