Description

You will manage and develop Salesforce solutions within a production environment, bridging technical implementation with business analysis.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement technology solutions to meet defined business needs.
• Elicit technical requirements and document existing and future business processes.
• Develop business cases and lead change management efforts for new implementations.
• Measure the impact of implemented technical changes on business outcomes.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Developer in a production environment.
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis and requirement elicitation.
• Salesforce Administrator, Developer, or Architect certification.
• Proven ability to lead change management initiatives.
• Experience in process documentation and business case development.
• Ability to measure and report on the impact of technical changes.

Preferred Skills

• Degree completion in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience working in a high-impact, cross-functional team environment.
