Description

Lead the design and implementation of advanced analytics and AI/ML solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and support datasets, data recipes, dataflows, and dashboards using Salesforce and external data sources.
• Troubleshoot functional, data, and performance issues within CRM Analytics dashboards.
• Develop and deploy AI/ML solutions using Einstein Discovery and external models.
• Mentor CRM Analytics developers and coordinate development efforts.
• Estimate effort for analytics features while implementing best practices for content governance and version control.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Salesforce Development experience.
• 3+ years of CRM Analytics development experience.
• Tableau CRM/Einstein Analytics and Einstein Discovery certifications.
• Salesforce Developer I certification.
• Proficiency in SAQL and JSON.
• Experience building dashboards and managing large datasets (1B+ rows) for 10,000+ users.
• Experience developing applications in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Experience with CI/CD platforms such as VS Code, GitLab, or Jenkins.
• Experience using Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Snowflake and Tableau BI.
• Experience with Data Analytics and AI/ML algorithms in Python using Databricks.
