Description

Design and implement analytics solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Translate business functional requirements into technical CRM solutions.
• Build data flows, recipes, and complex dashboards using bindings.
• Develop complex SAQL queries and manage TCRM assets including building, maintaining, and migration.
• Design large enterprise BI and analytics applications, data models, and reports.
• Perform data analysis, validation, and mapping while producing technical documentation and unit test plans.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience with CRM Analytics, Tableau CRM, Einstein, or Wave Analytics.
• 5+ years of experience in Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence using self-service tools, preferably Tableau.
• 5+ years of experience writing SQL.
• 3+ years of experience with JSON, SAQL, SOQL, and XML.
• 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce CRM application processes.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, JSON, SAQL, SOQL, XML, and Salesforce CRM.
• Ability to document business requirements and technical design.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Service Cloud.
