Description

Design, configure, and maintain CRM applications and integrations to support organizational needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop CRM applications using Salesforce, Slate, Raiser's Edge, and EAB Navigate.
• Build and maintain integrations between internal systems and third-party vendor solutions.
• Document technical requirements, software specifications, process workflows, and user interfaces.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve software issues, service outages, and service requests.
• Implement application security controls and adhere to established enterprise standards.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as computer science.
• 5+ years of experience in relevant technical roles.
• Proficiency with SQL.
• Proficiency with Salesforce.
• Experience with at least one programming language.
• Experience with CRM applications and tools.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
