Description

You will manage and maintain Salesforce CRM environments and deployment pipelines.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Deploy monthly Salesforce CRM release changes across approximately 26 non-production environments using Gearset or Bamboo pipelines.
• Investigate and resolve defects found within Salesforce CRM environments.
• Operate and learn environment refresh automation pipelines.
• Maintain configuration for 26 non-production Salesforce CRM environments.
• Triage integration issues between Salesforce CRM, MuleSoft, and Guidewire in collaboration with the Integration practice.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM environments.
• Proficiency with Gearset for deployments.
• Experience with Bamboo pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with MuleSoft.
• Working knowledge of Jira for defect tracking.
• Ability to manage large-scale non-production environment configurations.
