Responsibilities

• Own the CRM strategy and architecture for insurance clients.
• Lead Salesforce customization and development efforts using Apex and Visualforce.
• Integrate CRM with policy administration, billing, and marketing systems via REST and SOAP.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and data governance standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Expertise in Apex and Visualforce.
• Proficiency with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data models and security settings.
• Experience implementing REST and SOAP integrations.
• Familiarity with insurance workflows and regulatory standards.
