Description

You will own the CRM strategy and architecture for insurance clients, leading customization and development efforts.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce customization and development efforts.
• Integrate CRM with policy administration, billing, and marketing systems.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and data governance.
• Define and maintain CRM architecture for insurance workflows.

Required Skills

• Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data models and security settings.
• Experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with insurance workflows and regulatory standards.
