Own and define the global Salesforce CRM and Sales & Marketing technology strategy across North America, EMEA, and India.
Responsibilities
- Drive enterprise CRM innovation supporting sales enablement, marketing automation, client engagement, and distribution optimization.
- Lead the vision and roadmap for Salesforce CRM and related marketing technologies in an enterprise setting.
- Implement best-in-class Salesforce CRM capabilities across sales operations, distribution management, and client service.
- Guide product development teams using Agile methodologies, including PI planning and backlog prioritization.
- Lead and mentor cross-regional technology teams across North America, EMEA, and India.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology leadership or CRM platform development.
- 5–10 years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce CRM ecosystem and SaaS platforms.
- Proven experience building and leading global technology teams across multiple regions.
- Strong experience delivering Salesforce solutions within financial services, asset management, wealth management, or insurance environments.
- Experience defining and executing enterprise technology strategy aligned with business priorities.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, CRM architecture, AI/ML integration, and SaaS platforms.
- Experience working within Agile product development environments, including PI planning and backlog management.
- Exceptional executive communication skills to influence senior stakeholders.
