Lead the technical strategy and implementation of Salesforce CRM solutions for Juno Beach, FL.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the technical strategy for the Salesforce platform while liaising with stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions through collaboration with internal teams.
• Lead a team of technical resources and support their professional growth.
• Ensure system quality, performance, and reliability by contributing to testing and execution.
• Provide expertise on Salesforce design patterns, best practices, and deployment.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience implementing CRM solutions using Salesforce.
• 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce platforms.
• 2+ years in a technical lead role.
• In-depth knowledge of both declarative and programmatic Salesforce capabilities.
• Proficiency with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs, and SOQL.
• Proven experience leading and managing technical teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce certifications including Platform Developer II, Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect.
