Description

You will own the development and maintenance of Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA) infrastructure, ensuring data integrity and security compliance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain CRMA dashboards and lenses using SAQL and SOQL.
• Develop and manage ETL processes using Dataflows and Recipes.
• Implement security practices and manage dataset mappings, XMD files, and field definitions.
• Gather business requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to define analytics solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall IT experience with deep expertise in Salesforce CRM.
• Hands-on proficiency in SAQL and SOQL for complex query logic.
• Strong understanding of Bindings (Result and Selection) in CRMA.
• Practical experience with Dataflows and Recipes for data transformation.
• Knowledge of JSON structure and language.
• Experience with Tableau integration or data visualization concepts.
• Understanding of Salesforce configuration principles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with XMD file customization and advanced dataset definitions.
