Description

You will design and implement Data Cloud solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem, managing data ingestion pipelines from CRM, APIs, data lakes, and external systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

  • Configure data ingestion pipelines and manage data models, streams, and harmonization rules.
  • Implement identity resolution and customer profile unification strategies.
  • Build calculated insights, segments, and audience activation workflows.
  • Integrate Data Cloud with Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds alongside external applications.
  • Develop data transformations using SQL, Data Cloud Query Language, or ETL tools.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development and data architecture.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud (formerly Data 360 / CDP).
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, SOQL, and data transformation logic.
  • Experience with CRM systems, APIs, and ETL processes.
  • Familiarity with MuleSoft and Informatica for data integration.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Tableau or Power BI for data visualization.
