Description

You will serve as the subject matter expert and technical authority designing, implementing, and governing enterprise data solutions across Salesforce platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines, ETL processes, integrations, and APIs between Salesforce and external systems.
• Lead the data modeling strategy across Salesforce Clouds, including Public Sector Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Monitor and manage data migration, deduplication, and cleansing efforts to ensure system consistency and integrity.
• Design and deploy AI-powered agents that interact with Salesforce data for dynamic decision support and workflow automation.
• Coordinate the implementation of data governance frameworks and best practices across client organizations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in data architecture or engineering.
• Expertise in Salesforce data architecture principles.
• Proficiency with ETL Processes.
• Experience leveraging MuleSoft for integrations.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Public Sector Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Experience defining and implementing data storage and normalization strategies within Salesforce.
