Description

You will architect and deliver large-scale Salesforce solutions for the Financial Services and Insurance sectors, owning the full application lifecycle from solutioning to release management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design multi-tier architectures and data models for Sales, Financial Services, and Marketing Clouds, ensuring scalability and best-practice balance between configuration and customization.
• Lead data migrations and segmentation setup within Data Cloud, utilizing Zero Copy architecture and integrating third-party systems.
• Implement platform authentication patterns including SAML, SSO, and OAuth to secure enterprise environments.
• Manage release pipelines, environment management, and code versioning while operationalizing solutioning and testing phases.
• Advise clients on Lead Management enablement in Financial Services Cloud and drive continuous knowledge growth within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience delivering multi-million-dollar solutions, with 8-12 years specifically in Salesforce Architecture at major F500, Big 4, or SI practices.
• 5+ years of direct, expert-level work with Salesforce Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud.
• Proven track record implementing at least 5 large Salesforce projects involving Sales, Financial Services, and Marketing Clouds.
• Expert understanding of Data Cloud configuration, setup, data space design, and Zero Copy architecture.
• Extensive knowledge of platform authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth) and multi-tier architecture design.
• Deep expertise in data migrations, segmentation, and Lead Management functionality within Financial Services Cloud.
• Experience with full Salesforce application lifecycle development, including solutioning, planning, development, testing, and deployment methodologies.
• Strong client-facing experience with a proven desire to grow knowledge inside the Salesforce ecosystem.
