Key Responsibilities

Design and govern end-to-end Salesforce Data Cloud architecture solutions.

Define and implement customer identity resolution strategies across multiple enterprise data sources.

Configure and optimize Data Cloud matching rules, thresholds, and identity resolution frameworks.

Design scalable data ingestion and integration architectures.

Establish governance standards, architecture patterns, and implementation best practices.

Lead technical workshops with business stakeholders, data engineering teams, and client leadership.

Define identity resolution KPIs, customer graph quality metrics, and benchmarking methodologies.

Optimize Data Cloud credit consumption, data processing strategies, and operational costs.

Provide technical leadership and architectural oversight throughout the project lifecycle.

Preferred Experience

Enterprise-scale Salesforce Data Cloud implementations

Retail, Loyalty, E-Commerce, or Consumer Industry experience

Customer Data Platform (CDP) expertise

Customer Identity Resolution Programs

Data Governance and Master Data Management (MDM)
