Description

You will design and govern end-to-end Salesforce Data Cloud architecture solutions, focusing on customer identity resolution and unified profile design.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement customer identity resolution strategies across multiple enterprise data sources using deterministic and probabilistic matching.
• Configure and optimize Data Cloud matching rules, thresholds, and identity resolution frameworks for household-level resolution.
• Design scalable data ingestion and integration architectures, including batch and near real-time data pipelines.
• Establish governance standards, architecture patterns, and implementation best practices for Customer 360 solutions.
• Lead technical workshops with business stakeholders, data engineering teams, and client leadership to define KPIs and benchmarks.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, with deep expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud and Customer 360.
• Hands-on experience designing Data Model Objects (DMOs) and Data Lake Objects (DLOs).
• Proven track record in Customer Data Platform (CDP) solutions and identity resolution programs.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud integrations.
• Experience with data governance frameworks, master data management (MDM), and data quality management.
• Ability to optimize Data Cloud credit consumption and operational costs.
• Technical leadership skills with experience in architecture reviews and mentoring.

Preferred Skills

• Enterprise-scale Salesforce Data Cloud implementations in Retail, Loyalty, E-Commerce, or Consumer industries.
• Experience with large-scale customer graph deployments and marketing technology platforms.
