Description

Design and implement data architecture using Salesforce Data Cloud as a central repository to support Customer 360.

Responsibilities

• Design overall data architecture and ingestion strategies to funnel data from multiple sources into Data Cloud.
• Develop data transformation logic and mapping strategies for Data Lake Objects (DLOs) to Data Model Objects (DMOs).
• Implement AI-powered insights using Salesforce native models for predictive analytics and trend spotting.
• Establish data governance, cleansing, and security frameworks to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Develop integration strategies to unify disparate sales, service, and marketing data systems into a single source of truth.

Required Skills

• Salesforce Data Cloud Certification.
• Proven experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Expertise in Salesforce data models, role hierarchy, and security models.
• Hands-on experience with Data Lake structures and ingestion workflows.
• Ability to design real-time data processing and automation workflows.
• Experience implementing AI-driven predictive analytics within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of data cleansing, transformation, and mapping logic.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to provide functional architecture strategy and technical leadership for Salesforce rollouts.
