Description

You will develop and implement Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud using Apex and LWC.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Manage and optimize functionalities within Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
• Utilize automation tools like Flows, Triggers, and Process Builder to streamline business processes.
• Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored Salesforce solutions.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot, and resolve issues for Salesforce applications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development.
• Proficiency in Apex development, including Classes, Triggers, Batch, Queueable, Future, and Schedulable.
• Experience building Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce automation tools: Flows and Process Builder.
• Strong working knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Understanding of the Salesforce security model (roles, profiles, permissions).
• Experience in troubleshooting and supporting Salesforce applications.
